Perle Cotton Thread
While I haven’t gotten to experiment with all of the brands just yet, I’ve had no reason to turn to anyone else but WonderFil! This thread comes in incredible colors and is SO easy to work with.
It’s important to know that there are different weights of Perle Cotton, I prefer #8, but try out different weights for different looks!
Needles for Big Stitch
They key to a needle for Big Stitch Binding is a large eye and a sharp point! My favorites are sometimes referred to as a Meriner’s Needle. Check them out!
Best Scissors for Big Stitch
I absolutely adore these scissors for lots of things, but they are nice and skinny to keep with your hand sewing stash.
Best Big Stitch Organizer
I might be a bit biased, but I just LOVE getting out my Thready to Go caddy when it’s time to get stitching!
