Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If the wrong item has been delivered to you, please contact us by filling out this form or emailing us at PLEASE GO AWAY! info@rachelrossi.design and we will exchange it for you at no extra cost.

We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped. Once it has been given to USPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. We will do everything that we can to help locate your package, including opening a claim with USPS.  If we send the incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional charge to the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Digital PDF patterns are available for customers with billing addresses in the United States and Canada. Customers outside the United States and Canada can purchase digital PDF patterns through my Etsy shop. International Customer? Please visit the International Customers page for instructions and links.

Physical products are shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Orders are generally shipped on the Friday following purchase via USPS. Once your package leaves our possession, delivery becomes the responsibility of USPS.

Patterns ship without tracking numbers. If your package has not arrived within two weeks, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Fabric yardage, kits, and templates ship with tracking numbers. If your package has not arrived within two weeks, please contact us and we’ll provide your tracking information.
