This crate liner will take you less than an hour to make and you’ll use it endlessly! The pattern has been tested for accuracy and is ready to go! This storage liner is just perfect for kid’s toys and supplies! You can make lots of liners from different fun fabrics for a whole shelf of storage or just one to sit off in the corner. It’s such a simple project that you won’t mind making them over and over again.
I love the chicken fabric used here—perfect for gathering eggs or carrying around supplies!
A simple elastic edging secures the liner, without being too fussy & you still get to see the beautiful wood grain!
This project is perfect for curious kitties! You might just have to make one for her first, then one for yourself! Thank goodness the liner is easy to remove and wash.

- 12-1/2″ x 18″ (outside dimension) wooden crate you can get this at your local craft store or on Amazon
- 1 yard of your favorite fabric
- 3/4″ elastic: 2 yards
